Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Associate (Opener) to join our remote sales team. Your main mission is to develop leads, research potential clients, and identify new business opportunities within the IT services, Support Desk and outsourcing consulting industry.
As an opener, you'll be the first point of contact sparking interest, qualifying prospects, and setting up opportunities for the closing team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy engaging conversations, researching prospects, and building the foundation for successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Classify and filter leads based on interest level, business needs, and service fit.
- Present and promote company services clearly and confidently.
- Engage prospects with enthusiasm to build initial interest and trust.
- Identify potential opportunities and record accurate details.
- Collaborate with closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach and lead generation goals.
- Provide feedback and help enhance the operations based on day to day.
Requirements
- Strong English and Spanish communication skills (C1 level).
- Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales outreach, preferably within IT services, outsourcing, or consulting.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and professional home setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management.
- Basic knowledge of IT services or outsourcing solutions.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
